K59 Surf Villas

K59 Surf Villas is located in front of the K59 right point break a few steps from a great wave, in a beach front private beach community allowing access to the properties only to owners and guest.
We have two private Villas one beside the other.
Having your own Villa will give to your friends and family members the privacy you deserve in your vacation.

Villa # 1.

Has 2 A/C bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom # 1 has one Quee bed, one Full bed and private bathroom. Bedroom # 2 full beds and private bathroom. The Villa has nice open terraza, TV, DVD, swimming pool, 1 great observation palapa to the beach and the waves, hammocks, internet service.
We can have 6 adults max.

Villa # 2.

Has 4 A/C bedrooms with private bathrooms. One bedroom with one Queen bed and full size bed, 3 bedrooms with 2 full size beds, TV, DVD, swimming pool and hammocks, internet service. We can have max of 8 adults.

Meals are prepare by Rosario who has been trained by a professional cheff, you will deffenitly enjoy the taste.

1) Regular Package (based on 5 nights 6 days).

Includes: one A/C bedroom for 2 people, private bathroom, 2 airport transfers, 3 full meals a day, all the healthy drinkable water you can have. We have 6 bedrooms in total, 2 people per bedroom.
Package is base on 5 nights 6 days.

Single: $ 765.00
Double to 12 people $ 645.00

Extra airport transfer $ 55.00

All our prices include 13% of sales tax and 5% tourism.

Tours to other surf spots , city tour, Mayan ruins, Moto tours, Horse back riding and more are available.

2) Premium Package (based on 5 nights 6 days)
Includes: Transfer from and to the airport, any of our Villas, air conditioning bedrooms, private bathrooms, private swimming pool, three full meals a day, healthy drinkable water, TV, DVD, 4x4 car, surf guide, 2 surf trips a day, one surf trip to the city or Mayan temple and the best of all excellent personalize service.

Single:      $1,300.00
Double:     $925.00 per person.
Triple :      $825.00 per person.
Quadruple: $775.00 per person.
Quintuple:  $750.00 per person.
Any extra person $750.00 per person.

You can also exchange one full day of surf tour for city tour or Mayan temple.

Premium Package will accommodate each group in its own Villa, no matter if it is only one person.
All our rates includes 13% of sales tax and 5% of tourism tax.
